The echemstore Joule Heating Device EQ-JH-01 is an innovative rapid heat treatment/synthesis equipment that utilizes the Joule effect of conductive materials. By applying electrical environment, materials can reach extreme temperatures (1000~3000°C) in ultra-short time (0~10 seconds), with heating rates up to 10000K/s. The device provides electrical environment for both conductive and non-conductive materials, with temperature measurement range of 400~3200°C, widely used in battery, catalytic ceramic, and metal materials fields.
Joule Heating Core Principle: When current passes through conductive materials, electrical energy converts to thermal energy due to material resistance, generating Joule heat. Through precise current and voltage control, rapid and uniform heating is achieved, reaching required temperatures in extremely short time for transient thermodynamics research and extreme environment material evolution analysis.
